Who we are?

Adam Bartlett Property Developments are an independent property development company that pride theirself on creating luxurious family homes in desirable locations. We specialise in getting the most out of the planning process and are therefore able to create the most value on every project we undertake. As we get involved at the planning and design stage we are able to design each development with that personal bespoke touch which ultimately creates the most value for the development and ensures the end product is built to the highest standard possible. This not only elevates living standards and provides great satisfaction and enjoyment for the eventual homeowner, it also leaves a lasting positive impact within the environment the development sits.

We are headed by our director Adam Bartlett who has had a keen interest in property development from a very young age, coming from a family within the building trade and having a natural appreciation of beautiful homes. He graduated from Birmingham City University in 2014 with a 1st Class BSC Honours degree in Real Estate, and went on alongside other business interests to build a small buy to let portfolio and develop properties within his own family home. Having built up enough equity, industry professional contacts and experience Adam then fulfilled his lifelong career goal to setup our company Adam Bartlett Property Developments. Naturally though there is a team effort, and Adam is backed by a network of industry contacts and a team of trusted professionals, including architects and planning experts, with years of experience and proven track records.
