We will start exploring your land opportunity further with a site visit and conducting further due dilligence liasing with our planning consultants and architects.

Step 3 - OFFER & OPTION

We will make you an offer. If offer is accepted we enter into an option agreement.

Step 4 - SUBMIT PLANNING APPLICATION

Whilst you sit back and relax we will go through the process and cost of taking the site through planning. All costs and risk are covered by Adam Bartlett Property Developments.

Step 5 - SUCCESFUL PLANNING GAIN

Upon succesful planning approval the sale of the land completes giving you your pay day!

Naturally construction will then commence on your former land while you enjoy the proceeds!
